Diamond Shield is a protective yet flexible hard coat for architectural foam shapes. Diamond Shield is manufactured using acrylic latex resins comprised of water-based polymers and other unique compounds. This carefully crafted formula drastically reduces the emission of Volatile Organic Compounds (V.O.C.'s) making it safe for applicators and the environment. The Diamond Shield is High Impact Resistant.

3. StyroSpray 1000 Hard coating for EPS foam

StyroSpray® 1000 is a  hard coating that we use on our specialty foam products. It is a premix coating It provides a strong, lightweight uniformly smooth appearance, StyroSpray crates a hard plastic shell over EPS foam for fabrication of signs, decorative themeing among others. It also seals and waterproofs hot wire cut or carved EPS foam shapes for outdoor installations.
